I have had it for over 10 years and it keeps getting worse. I'm starting to get arthritis from the psoriasis. I tryed mainly topical creams.. steriod and nonsteriod.

Does anyone know of a shampoo-conditioner that actually helps? Most Ive tried do nothing, some, like Nizoral, Selsun Blue and Head and Shoulders, have made it worse.
